Huge & fairly clean hotel, its location is marvellous and impressive just off a clear example for sacrificing service quality.

Everything was simply perfect. I liked large and well-maintained rooms with a huge bathtub as well as an outdoor kitchen. Every staff member was excellent and knowledgeable. The hotel was in a favourable location, in Pala restaurant.

I had a nice stay. The hotel was gorgeous and fantastic, and the staff were excellent, thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic location just next door to another property's beach and Indonesia. Had a sitting area, a work desk, and a fireplace in my grand deluxe king room. Variety of food for breakfast, it was great.

Location: the hotel was close enough to a Nusa Dua as well as the cafes. We stayed for 6 nights here, loved Sawangan district. Delicious breakfast in the lounge area was a nice touch.

The pool was excellent and I had complimentary drinks in the main bar. The villa was perfect and gorgeous, perfect for my needs. The location was great and impressive, not too far away from Nusa Dua Beach.

Gorgeous brand-new hotel with sincere staff members with your manager. Very easy to get from Ngurah Rai International airport, just 9 miles. Early check-in, late check-out. The pool is clean and relaxing too.

I had a fantastic stay at Kempinski in Nusa Dua. The junior pool suite was spacious and had breathtaking views of the beach and infinity pool. The bathroom was a highlight, with a heated automated seat and separate cubicle for bath and toilet. The breakfast spread was extraordinary, with countless dishes to choose from. The staff were very polite and efficient, and the room service and cleaning were top-notch. The property itself is stunning, and there are plenty of activities for kids. The direct access to the beach was a bonus, and the swimming pool was absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful staycation with family and kids.

Gorgeous wonderful rooms, they are provided with an'extra-large double-bed', a huge bathtub. The staff are very polite, overall. The location is great and impressive, 1 mile from Nusa Dua Beach.

The room was large with smoke detectors for safety measures. We had climate control, a private safe and coffee/tea making facilities plus a large bathroom.

I had a truly memorable experience at this hotel in Bali. the location right by the beach was absolutely breathtaking. The sight of the ocean and the sound of the waves were simply mesmerizing. Secondly, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable. From the beautifully designed architecture to the well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, this hotel truly exudes luxury. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic!
